Deep cleaning reinforcement including sanitizing surfaces and equipment more frequently. Limited number of guests and capacity. Staff and Guest’s temperature checks upon arrival.

After the trip is booked, both with a down payment/deposit or the entire sum paid, the boat is removed off the calendar for any other possible booking. There are many preparation aspects that go into booking a private charter before boarding. Please consider that rain is not a condition to cancel the charter trip, we are in a region with constant tropical conditions where it can rain randomly, in any month of the year. Therefore, with showers or cloudy days, we will sail.

Between 7 days and 48 hours before the charter, it is possible to reschedule the trip at a future day and time, depending on availabilities.

Cancellations of 48 hours or less will be charged the full amount.

Any of the items requested form the Lunch-Dinner Menu must be paid in full 48 hours prior to the departure date and is non-refundable once purchased.

The Captain may cancel or terminate any charter without refund for any of the following reasons:

  • Passengers over-intoxicated
  • Unconsciousness
  • Aggravation of previous injury
  • Illegal drug use
  • Unruly or reckless behavior
  • Criminal activity or violation of the local law and boating regulation


It is recommended to be barefoot once you board the boat, or boat shoes will be required (Light, soft, clean soles).

If there are late arrivals to departure, original return times will NOT be changed.
